In the early days of World of Warcraft, it was common for Horde players to kill this escort-related NPC, drawing the ire of Alliance players. Because he is of low level, he is target-able, and Moonbrook is close to Stranglethorn Vale, alliance players need to be vigilant (especially near the Deadmines entrance).
